Our Comparative Market Analysis combines two resources: realist.com, i.e. public records of recent closings, AND active for sales listings and closings noted on the MLS. This is one of the first steps to establish a competitive price for your property. Advanced computer projections give us an idea of what the numbers and pricing shall be. While none of the properties included in this analysis is exactly like yours, they do provide a good basis by which to compare your property with the 'competition'. The second step that is very important is for us to physically view your property in comparison to the finishes and layouts of other for sale and closed listings.
